Meet the Candidates at Lake County Democratic Central Committee Meeting
Don’t miss this Lake County Democrats meeting tomorrow night (Thursday, 7pm). Get to know Democrats running in the April 4th election and hear what’s going on with Lake County Democrats.
We’ll be in the Foss Park District Community Center, a recently remodeled facility at 1730 Lewis Ave., next door to City Hall and the Police Department. The gathering starts at 7pm, and snacks will be available.
We’ll be hearing from local candidates who are, in many cases, battling MAGA Republicans for the future of our local governments, including libraries and schools. Local candidates are welcome to introduce themselves and Precinct Committeepersons are encouraged to invite candidates to the event. This is an important meeting, and we hope you’ll join us. Democrats are welcome. Please RSVP to info@lakedems.org and put “Meeting” in the subject line. Include your name and contact information.

A wide-ranging volunteer, Melanie is also a Trustee for the Round Lake Area Public Library District and an Election Judge. We appreciate this Round Lake resident’s many contributions.
