Volunteer Spotlight
Lake Dems is grateful for our many active volunteers, including the following:
Karen Singer is a longtime volunteer we count on to help with projects large and small. Whatever we need, Karen is there. Phone-banking and mailings are just two of Karen’s latest contributions to the work of Lake Dems. Service is second nature to Karen, a Cook Memorial Public Library District Trustee and a Libertyville Township Precinct Committeeperson. On top of all that, her ready smile and cheerful demeanor keep everyone’s spirits high.
In Case You Missed It
Gov. Pritzker Signs Budget Delivering $1.8 Billion in Tax Relief for Families
Building on three years of fiscally responsible leadership, Governor JB Pritzker signed the fiscal year 2023 budget into law, delivering his fourth balanced budget while providing $1.8 billion in tax relief to the working families of Illinois.
There’s Still Time to Apply for Brad Schneider Internships
Our part-time internships are open to high school and college students as well as recent graduates. Interns work to support Congressman Schneider’s field, finance, political, and communications teams and learn the ins and outs of how a campaign holistically functions.
