And it was great to see so many friends at the event showing their support as well. Friday, 10/29: We ACT Panel: Conversation with Lake County Legislators Who Advocate for Change and Transformation. The Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office and A Safe Place/Lake County Crisis Center host a panel with State’s Attorney Eric Rinehart, Congressman Brad Schneider, State Senator Melinda Bush, and State Representative Joyce Mason. Attendees will learn about new domestic violence legislation. Event is at noon on Facebook and Zoom. Julie Morrison invite YOU to knock on doors in your neighborhood to let your neighbors know how Democrats have been fighting for their communities and gauge what’s on voters’ minds going into the next election.
