Canvassing in Ela and Vernon Townships for Chelsea Laliberte Barnes, candidate for District 51 State Representative. Wednesday, 11/17: Deputy Voter Registrar Training in Waukegan. Wednesday, 11/17: Indivisible Western Lake County (IWLC) Monthly Meeting. Discussion about upcoming events and preparation for petition-passing with Lake County Clerk Robin O’Connor and District 2 Supreme Court nominee Liz Rochford planned. Virtual event, 7-8:30pm. Wednesday, 11/17: Nancy Rotering at NOW Meeting, “Finding the Power of Your Voice.” North/Northwest Suburban Chapter of National Organization for Women (NOW) hosts Highland Park Mayor and Illinois Supreme Court Candidate Nancy Rotering for a Zoom discussion at 7pm. Saturday, 11/20: How-to for 2022: The Petition Process. A practical training cosponsored by Lake Dems and Tenth Dems U for volunteers, candidates, and prospective candidates about what it takes to get (and stay) on the ballot in Illinois.
