The Lake County Democrats kicked off Pride Month in style, walking in festive parades in Waukegan and Buffalo Grove. It was so much fun — and inspiring! We heard cheers past houses, through downtown Waukegan, and toward the harbor on Lake Michigan. Buffalo Grove was no different! There was a huge crowd with an even bigger sense of unity.
Thanks to everyone who helped organize these wonderful parades, including The Pinta Pride Project in Buffalo Grove. Our folks put on their walking shoes and trekked quite a bit…but time flew by thanks to the fun atmosphere. Thank you, all, for helping Lake County Democrats have a such a strong, positive presence at these parades. Check out the pictures below!
