What: Fellow Democrats stop by to chat, buy some political buttons, and meet Democratic candidates. If you’d like to volunteer to help staff the booth, talk to voters, etc., sign up here.

Second Annual McHenry County Juneteenth Festival

Where: 121 W Van Buren St., Woodstock
What: The Juneteenth Festival is a celebration of the holiday commemorating the date of June 19, 1865 when federal marshals marched into Galveston, Texas and enforced an order of emancipation for 250,000 enslaved Blacks.
